Terms of sale

Effective November 1, 2026.

1. Scope

These terms govern every sale made on this site between Ma boutique ("the seller") and any consumer ("the customer"). Placing an order means you accept them in full.

2. Products

The items offered are authentic athletic shoes from end of season runs and outgoing colorways. Photos are the official visuals of each style; slight color variations between screens do not engage the seller's liability.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars. The crossed out price is the manufacturer's suggested retail price for the style; the price actually charged is the sale price shown next to it. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before you confirm your order.

4. Orders and payment

An order is final once payment has been confirmed. Payment is made by card through a PCI DSS certified payment provider: no card data passes through or is stored on our servers. The seller may cancel an order in case of suspected fraud or unavailable stock, with a full refund.

5. Shipping

Orders ship within 24 business hours. Indicative delivery time: 5 to 8 business days anywhere in the United States, with tracking. Shipping is free, with no minimum order. If a delay exceeds 30 days, the customer may cancel the order and be refunded.

6. Returns

The customer has 14 days from delivery to return an item, no reason needed. Send your request by email to [email protected]. Items must be returned complete, unworn outdoors, in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for a defective or non conforming item. The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the return, to the original payment method.

7. Warranty

All products are covered against manufacturing defects. A defective item is replaced or refunded, including return shipping.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the seller's place of business, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the customer's state of residence.
