Shipping
Orders placed before 2 pm ET are prepared the same day, Monday to Friday. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the carrier picks up the package.

Order tracking
A confirmation email is sent right after payment, then a second one with the tracking link when the order ships. If you have received nothing after 48 hours, check your spam folder, then write to us.
Returns and refunds
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. Pairs must be returned unworn outdoors, in their original box.
- Write to [email protected] with your order number.
- We reply within 24 business hours with the return address and the procedure.
- Return shipping is at your expense, unless we made a mistake or the item is defective.
- The refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the package.
Size exchange
The fastest way: send the pair back and place a new order in the right size. Mention it in your email and we set the new pair aside while the return is in transit.
