Size guide

Measure your foot in the evening, barefoot, heel against a wall: that is when it is at its widest.

How to measure

  • Place a sheet of paper against a wall, heel touching the wall.
  • Mark the tip of your longest toe and measure the distance in inches or centimeters.
  • Compare with the "inches" column below. If your feet differ, go with the larger one.
  • Sizes run in half steps. If you are between two sizes, go up for running.
