Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the order has not left the warehouse. Write to us as soon as possible with your order number: we confirm by return email whether the change is still possible.
How do I return an item?
Do not send anything before writing to us. Use the form and choose "Return or exchange": the return address and the slip to include in the package are sent to you by email.
